basic tuna comfort mix

  • 1 can tuna, drained

  • 1–2 tablespoons mayo or olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Optional: onion powder or garlic powder

  • Mix everything in a bowl.

🍳 Breakfast: Warm Tuna Scramble

What to do

  • Heat a pan with a little oil

  • Add your tuna mix

  • Crack in 1–2 eggs

  • Gently scramble until cooked

  • Serve with toast or rice.

  • 💛 Reminder:
    Scrambled food doesn’t need to look perfect to taste good.

  • Optional:

    • Add tomatoes and parsley​

🥪 Lunch: Comfort Tuna Sandwich

What to do

  • Use the tuna mix as-is

  • Spread onto bread or a wrap

  • Optional add-ins (only if you want):

  • Lettuce

  • Tomato

  • Pickles

🍝 Dinner: Simple Tuna Pasta

What to do

  • Boil pasta according to package directions

  • Warm the tuna mix in a pan

  • Add cooked pasta and a splash of pasta water

  • Optional comfort add-ons:
